Is there transport to the games?
Can I bring my dog?
Strathdon is not on a bus route so we would advise driving to the games (please car share if possible) or arranging a private hire bus or taxi.
We will update this with any bus companies who are providing transport to the games.
Parking is free!
Of course - your four-legged friends are more than welcome to attend with you!
We would only ask that you consider whether your dog likes loud Pipe Bands!
Where can I get help on the day?
General help or information - The team in the Information Tent are more than happy to help with any queries - where are my seats? what time are events happening? Where can I buy some whiskey? ... or whatever is important to you!

First Aid - A dedicated First Aid tent is located at the main gate from then road.​​

What time do the events start?
Piping – from 10.30am
Dancing – from 12.30pm
Heavy Events – from 12pm
Light Events – from 1pm
Is there food and drink at the games?
We have several different food and drink options available - sit-down catering tent and several independent Food Vendors.

Of course, you are more than welcome to have your own picnic too!
